1. Scope of Work
The Contractor agrees to provide certified nursing aide
services to uKinnect clients in accordance with the
established service agreement plan.
2. Term
This Agreement is effective from the date of signing and
remains in force until terminated by either party with
written notice.
3. Payment
The Contractor will be paid
$25.00 per hour based on submitted
client-signed timesheets or agreed terms.
4. Independent Contractor Status
This agreement does not create an employment
relationship. Contractor is an independent contractor.
5. Confidentiality
Contractor agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all
proprietary and sensitive information.
6. Non-Compete
Contractor shall not compete with uKinnect for one year
after termination within 100 miles of operation.
7. Non-Solicitation
Contractor may not solicit uKinnect clients, vendors, or
employees for one year post termination.
8. Termination
This agreement may be terminated by either party with
written notice. Contractor must return all company
property.
9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of
Georgia.
10. Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire agreement and
overrides all prior agreements. Changes must be in
writing and signed by both parties.
